Subscription FAQ's
The subscription policies are designed to give you maximum
flexibility at an affordable price. OneOption would like to establish a
long-term relationship with you, but not by locking you in. That's why we
operate on a quarterly basis. If we perform, you'll want to re-new.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. When you subscribe to a service you will be directed to
Authorize.net, one of the nation's largest transaction gateways. They
will collect and store all of your credit card information in their secure
environment. OneOption, LLC does not have or want access to this information.
How will I be billed?
OneOption, LLC requires everyone to agree to auto billing. Your credit card
will be billed the day your subscription expires. This policy makes it
convenient for both of us and automation helps us keep your subscription costs
down. We will notify you that a payment has been processed in the Account
Settings area when you log in. We do not send confirmations by e-mail.
How can I cancel my subscription?
We've made it very easy to cancel. When you log in, you will always start out
in the Account Settings page. Simply scroll down to the subscription area.
Below it and to the right, you will see a cancel button. Click it and you will
see small boxes appear to the right of each subscription. Select the services
you wish to discontinue and click cancel. You can use the service until it
expires. If you don't like what we offer, we apologize. The least we can do is
to make it easy for you to stop your subscription.
I forgot to cancel my subscription. Can I get a refund?
Sorry. We will not give you a refund. If you suspected two days "in" that you
might not like the service, cancel it right away. You can still continue to use
it until it expires and you won't have to remember to cancel it later. We've
done all we can to make canceling easy; you have to do your part too.
What if my credit card gets rejected?
We will send you an e-mail telling you that payment could not be processed. At
that time, you can go in to the Products page, order your service(s) and enter
a new credit card. You can also try to re-process the charge using the old
card.
How can I change my credit card?
Since OneOption, LLC does not collect your credit card information; you will
need to cancel your subscription. When it expires go to the Products page and
subscribe using your new credit card. If you plan to add a service, you can do
that at any time.
How can I add services?
OneOption, LLC hopes that you will want to try some of our other services so
we have tried to make this very easy. You can add services at any time. Simply
go to the Account Settings page and scroll down to the subscription area. There
you will see an Add A Service button. Click it and you will be directed to the
Products page. You can also go straight to the Products page. Select the
service and proceed to check out.
Do I have to select and process one subscription at a time?
Yes. For the moment, you will need to add the services one at a time. In the
next month, we will be adding new features that will give you greater
flexibility.
If I have one service can I change to another one?
You can add services anytime you like. If you are hoping to change a service
and have us apply a credit to the new one the answer is - no. I've tried to
accommodate everyone by making my product accessible and by keeping the
subscriptions quarterly.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the service?
No, all sales are final. We give every customer countless opportunities to
experience our products and services before they make a commitment. If you are
not sure, spend more time on the
Favorites page,
visit the
Tutorials or read past issues of the
Daily/Weekly Report. If you don't like what we offer, cancel and you
will only be charged for one quarter.
Do you offer a free trial?
No. OneOption has made every effort to put you "in touch" with our products
before we ask you to subscribe.
What if your system goes down?
In the unlikely event that we are having systems issues on our end, your
subscription(s) will be extended by that day(s).
