True. Please see my three-post comment on this beginning Apr 24, 9:11:56 PM. Billions were withdrawn from funds on a weekly basis in April, and I’m sure that hasn’t slowed down any this month. This creates a bear market. When billions are poured into funds on a weekly basis this creates a bull market. It’s been like this for decades and it’s a good way to know in advance which way the market is likely to turn. Asset managers deploy the funds, but individual investors are the unseen hands that fuel our bull and bear markets.
